Teddington Lights Up 2025!
Join us for Teddington Lights Up 2025 and a celebration at The King’s Head on Thursday 27th November 2025 from 4pm.
This annual event brings together locals and visitors alike for a night of Christmas magic, organised by Teddington Together.
This year promises to be brighter than ever with a beautiful display of lights, a jolly Santa’s Grotto, children’s craft stall, live entertainment and warming festive treats.

What to Expect at Teddington Lights Up 2025
Santa’s Grotto & mailroom
Join us from 4:00pm as Santa and his elves make a special visit to Teddington! Children will have the unique opportunity to observe Santa and his elves diligently at work, sorting letters from around the world and adding the final touches to the naughty and nice list. Santa’s Mailroom will be open from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. This year we are taking things up a notch so we do anticipate queues, so we recommend arriving early to ensure your little ones do not miss out on this magical experience. Suggested entry price is £3 per child (card or cash), which includes a special gift from Santa and a warm hot chocolate to keep cosy on the cold winter’s night.
Lantern Parade
Kicking off the festivities, Teddington’s iconic lantern parade starts at 4:30pm on Broad Street. Children and adults alike can join the parade and enjoy the enchanting glow of lanterns lighting up the streets.
Festive Food and Drinks
Stay warm with mulled wine from our Camden bars set up outside the pub. We will also be selling Camden Hells, Hot Chocolate and Cornish Orchard Cider. For those looking to make a day of it, book a table for lunch at The King’s Head Christmas Menu and enjoy a taste of the season before the main event.
Live Music
We have a range of music to keep your toes tapping throughout the evening with Mis_fusion kicking things off from 6pm, followed by an evening vinyl DJ set with Matt Munday (7.40pm) followed by a set to end the night from our good friend Barney…
